On January 30, Red Velvet expressed their gratitude upon topping various music charts with their new track "Bad Boy", sporting a retro vibe. "We didn't expect such great love and attention, we are very thankful that many like our new look."

"We also heard that our new album ranked 1st place on iTunes Worldwide Album Chart in a total of 16 countries. And we can't thank our international fanbase enough, thank you so much for supporting our latest album."
Red Velvet also hinted at their comeback stage on Mnet's 'M Countdown' happening next month. "Please look forward to our upcoming 'Bad Boy' comeback stage and future promotions!"
Meanwhile, Red Velvet returned with 2nd repackage album 'The Perfect Red Velvet' on January 29.
