Hong Jin Young talked about her immense popularity as an event guest. 
On the January 11 airing of KBS 2TV's 'Happy Together 3', Hong Jin Young joined as the guest during the 'Sing My Song' segment.
MC Yoo Jae Suk asked the 'Trot Queen', "I heard you spend about 120 million KRW (112,676 USD) per year just on gas, and attend over 1,000 events." The singer replied, "There are some exaggerated parts but there was a time when I attended (and performed at) a total of 6 events in just one day."
She also shared her method of engaging with an audience of different age ranges. Hong Jin Young said, "When there's a lot of elders then I sing the original version of 'Love Battery', but at college events, I sing the EDM version of 'Love Battery'."
