In an interview, Jang Dae Hyun mentioned, "I am glad to have made my debut with fellow members. There are many things I'm trying out for the very first time and it's both exciting and nerve-wracking."

Onto the group's theme, Kim Sung Ri explained, "Rainz is a team consisting of 7 unique colors like the rainbow."  They also expressed their ambitions, hoping to perform domestically as well as abroad.  Lee Ki Won commented, "We really want to stand on stage at 'MAMA'. As well as Gocheok Sky Dome and Tokyo Dome."

As for a rival, Rainz pointed out, "We frequently contact JBJ members and are good friends with them.  We hope to become friendly rivals with them someday." Rainz also added that they are always cheering for JBJ.
