Sad news for fans; Gugudan will be making their November comeback as 8-members.

On October 19, Jellyfish Entertainment announced via their official website that member Soyee will be taking a break from all promotions for a while. The label said, "[Soyee] has been suffering from shoulder pains, due to a shoulder injury she had before her debut. She has been going back and forth between promoting and receiving treatment. However, while preparing for Gugudan's comeback, she ended up pushing her shoulder past its limit and experienced severe pain."
According to Jellyfish, both the label and Soyee determined that getting plenty of rest in order to fully recover was top priority. Lastly, the label asked, "Please cheer Soyee on so that she may return quickly and show a healthy image."
Gugudan's 8-member comeback is set for this November 8. Get well soon, Soyee!
