Actor Kang Dong Won was captured on the streets of New York City. 
Kang Dong Won was in New York to attend the '16th New York Asian Film Festival' on July 13.
On July 14, a netizen shared a video of Kang Dong Won watching a street performance in NYC via Instagram. The video shows the performers suddenly calling over Kang Dong Won during their performance. They then ask the actor for money.
Kang Dong Won, who looked startled, reportedly handed the two men 20 dollars.
It's claimed that Kang Dong Won couldn't say anything but just kept looking back then walked away laughing.
