On February 28, JYPE made an announcement on 2PM's official fan site. The statement reads as follows:
"Hello, this is JYP Entertainment.
We're here to inform that we will take strong legal action against malicious comments, rumors, false information, assaulting statements, and all other posts and comments attacking Jun.K, as well as the other members of 2PM regarding Jun.K's injury that occurred during the concert on the 26th.
We judged that the malicious comments and posts exceed the degree in which we can stay silent as the hearts of many fans, the artist himself, and his family were hurt following the sudden injury. We will take legal action to protect the rights of our label's artist and for their mental health.
Furthermore, we inform that we will continue to take strong legal action against any and all malicious acts that take place from now on."
Jun.K has suffered from a fractured elbow and finger following his stage fall during 2PM's concert on the 26th. Currently, he is taking a rest after a successful surgery.
