B2ST's Junhyung commented on the plagiarism controversy involving newly debuted group B.HEART.
Some fans have been alleging the composer of B.HEART's debut song "Realistic" plagiarized B2ST's "Ribbon", and Junhyung gave his two cents on the matter. Though he doesn't name the composer of "Realistic", Stay Alone, he does reference Kim Taejoo, who arranged "Ribbon".

"I feel like a lot of people are confused, and to be honest, I felt so apologetic about not saying anything that I'm writing this.
That composer is a rookie composer that started last year, and he contacted us saying how much he liked our music. He sent us what he worked on, and one of the demos he sent is the one that's now become a controversy. Taejoo told the composer that the song was too close to 'Ribbon', and he told him that's why it shouldn't go out. He also didn't hear that it would be released. Though I think it's a very good thing that people are finding inspiration from our music and making new projects, this kind of situation is very regrettable. I'm disappointed that this could happen to not only us, but to other composers as well.
Though I feel very uncomfortable writing this, I have too many other things to do for this to drag on any longer. I'm writing this so it could end now.
On one hand, I'm worried if my actions are too rash, but I don't want the people who love and listen to our music to be hurt any longer. I hope all of you have a joyful and comfortable Lunar New Year."
