Though it was originally reported that he hurt his neck during practice and filming for an action scene, it seems the story isn't so simple. Keyeast posted to the agency's official Facebook on April 15, "Park Seo Joon was not injured recently during filming. The project he's working on is filmed in a safe environment."
The label added, "Park Seo Joon has been active in projects after his debut without any breaks, and he's currently suffering the effects of accumulated fatigue. While officially starting up filming as well as training, the burden on his health turned into an injury."
Keyeast also let fans know the actor's condition has very much improved, and he's currently receiving treatment and resting.
In related news, this is not the first time a cast member of 'Hwarang' suffered an injury. Go Ara's hand was bitten by a horse during practice.
