On February 25, C-JeS Entertainment stated, "We plan to file a lawsuit with the Cyber Crimes Unit against the offender who tried to register Ryu Joon Yeol for 'Ilbe', as well as the first people to spread the false rumors."
It was previously revealed that an unknown offender had tried to register Ryu Joon Yeol on 'Ilbe' by using the actor's email address. The actor had received a registration email and notified his label, but the registration was never sent through. The actor has also recently provided an explanation for an Instagram post that was used for an 'Ilbe' controversy.
Both the actor and his label C-JeS Entertainment have stated multiple times, "Ryu Joon Yeol is not associated with 'Ilbe' and has never even thought about partaking in any associations with them."
We hope the confusion clears up soon!
