Stray Kids collaborates with Tablo of Epik High on upcoming special album.
Stray Kids, the rising global group, is teaming up with Tablo, the leader of pioneering hip-hop group Epik High, for their new special album. According to JYP Entertainment on November 19 KST, Stray Kids will release their unique-format album ‘SKZHOP HIPTAPE - 合 (HOP)’ on December 13 at 2 PM, featuring the track You (Feat. Tablo) as the third track.
Tablo previously made a surprise appearance on Stray Kids’ mini 8th album, Rockstar, contributing to the track Megaverse. This new collaboration strengthens their musical connection.
The album includes 12 tracks, featuring the title song "Walkin On Water" and "You", with all members credited, led by the group’s production unit, 3RACHA. Notably, the album will officially release eight solo songs performed by each member during the ongoing Dominate world tour.
JYP described the album as “a collection of ‘new genre’ tracks unique to Stray Kids.” The first volume, ‘HOP,’ represents the synergy (합) among the eight members and blends this concept with the English word “hip-hop,” creating a layered meaning.
