Don't worry though, D.O. may have broadened his acquaintance circle but that doesn't mean he has forgotten about his dear EXO members. When the interviewer asked if he had good friends like the five friends in 'Pure Love,' D.O. picked EXO as his best buddies, saying, "The members, who are like family to me, are exactly like the friends [in the movie]."
Then D.O. dropped several big names, explaining, "They are the hyungs that I got close to through [working on] dramas. We became close because we could all relate to one another so well."
Some of the big names that D.O. rubbed shoulders with are Jo In Sung and Lee Kwang Soo, both of whom D.O. built relationships with through 'It's Okay, That's Love.' His meeting of Lee Kwang Soo in particular was what set of a chain reaction of increasing his friendship circle in K-entertainment, as D.O. was able to meet Song Joong Ki through Lee Kwang Soo and Kim Woo Bin through Song Joong Ki.

D.O. added, "The hyungs give me good advice. There are many things I learn from them. It's not just acting but we also talk about life, experiences, and all sorts of other stuff. They really help a lot."
Good to know that 'squishy' is all grown up and expanding his social circle!
