Drama '100-Day Wife' is ready to air after MBC's hit series 'My Daughter, Geum Sa Wol,' and it might have quite a top-class cast!
According to reports, Lee Seo Jin and UEE are confirmed to play the leads, but UEE's agency, Pledis Entertainment, has stepped up on January 11 to tell the media, "UEE is in the final stages of mediation with '100-Day Wife's side regarding her appearance. She is in positive talks about her appearing in '100-Day Wife,' but she is not yet in the confirmed stage regarding the first filming and related information, so we do not know."

The drama might sound like a cute series about a contractual marriage, but wait to get depressed as you read what it's actually about. Maybe it'll have some quirks, but it seems pretty depressing to me. The drama centers on a female lead who loses her husband early on in an accident and lives alone with her young daughter henceforth. However, she finds out she has a brain tumor so, in order to establish a guardian for her daughter, she signs a contract to be the wife of one man. It will be produced by Pen Entertainment, which created other hit shows like 'Kill Me, Heal Me' and 'Heard It Through the Grapevine.' It will be written by Jung Yoo Kyung and directed by Kim Jin Min.
If Lee Seo Jin indeed has accepted the role, he will be playing Han Ji Hoon, a playboy who becomes a restaurant owner after retiring from the music industry.
