SISTAR's Dasom revealed that she thought about quitting early on in her debut.
On the December 27th broadcast of 'Nation's Best Family', stars from Seoul's Gyeonggi Province came together. Dasom shared, "When I debuted, I was in my teens. I started working earlier than my peers, and I had a hard time encountering harsh criticism." The youngest SISTAR member continued, "After SISTAR became more well-known, we did 50 events in one month. I'm one person, but I had a ton of arrows piercing me. I often got the feeling on stage that I wasn't good enough to stand in front of an audience."
Dasom revealed that she told her mom that she'd like to quit the idol life, but her mother responded that she was proud of her and hoped Dasom would be happy. Hearing those simple words of encouragement made her decide to continue. The SISTAR member said, "I'm thankful because I'm here because of my mother's words."
