The duo TASTY and Woollim Entertainment went through some intense drama this past summer regarding the halting of their promotions, and now it turns out the duo have filed a lawsuit to terminate their contract.
TASTY filed the lawsuit against SM C&C, as it is the mother company of Woollim Entertainment, at the Seoul District Court.
Woollim responded to tell the media, "We have learned that TASTY have filed a lawsuit at the court to nullify their contract. We are flustered that this suit has been filed in a situation where we can't even get in touch with the members. We are preparing a countersuit with our lawyers."
