This isn't the first buzz that CL has gotten about her impending American debut, but it's definitely a big deal when 'Rolling Stone' names her as one of the '10 New Artists You Need To Know'.
She's not a new artist to us, but she is to the U.S., and this is great exposure for her, even before her official American debut!
She was included in the August 2015 edition of the article, described as "one of Korea's most popular female MCs" on the cover page of the article. She also had a short interview where she talked about how she would love to represent Asian girls in the U.S., but the most important thing to her is music itself.
