The initial date was set for April 8 at 2:45 PM at the Seoul Central District Court. However, on April 7, a representative of Polaris Entertainment requested to delay the court date.
Polaris may have requested this as they need more time after the recent turmoil. Polaris Entertainment's CEO Lee Kyu Tae was recently reported to have been charged with rebating and increasing the government budget by tens of billions of won (~ tens of millions of USD) by inflating the delivery payment and prices for the electronic warfare training equipment.
As for Clara, she has put a halt to all her domestic promotions and was recently reported to be looking for a new agency to join.
