When it comes to comedy, in 'SNL Korea,' there are no boundaries.
On the March 28 episode, the 'SNL' cast poked fun at an issue that has been in the headlines for a while--the Lee Tae Im and Yewon fight. After footage of the actual incident came to light, the public has been reeling in shock and picking sides.
'SNL Korea' managed to sneak in a joke about the fight during a skit. At the 4:20 mark in the clip shown above, comedian Ahn Young Mi acts offended after Brown Eyed Girls' Narsha draws an ugly portrait of her. Ahn Young Mi turns to her and asks, "Unnie, you don't like me, huh?" quoting Yewon's exact words.
Narsha stands up and quotes Lee Tae Im, saying, "Hey. Why are you looking at me that way, huh?"
At this, the rest of the cast panickedly pulls the two away and comforts Ahn Young Mi as Narsha yells after her that she's an idol. When asked if she's okay, Ahn Young Mi replies, "Yeah, I was just cold," causing the audience to laugh at yet another reference to the Lee Tae Im and Yewon fight.
