Girl's Day member and solo artist Minah appeared on KBS radio program 'Jang Dong Min and Lady Jane's 2 O'Clock' on March 20 to receive the very same questions all idols going solo were asked after debut.
She was asked if the other members envied her solo advancement. "Because I was a trainee with Sojin, I know very well how much she wants to try being solo," Minah replied. "There were hard aspects of being the first one to go solo. I told her, 'I don't feel good about this,' and she showed she was happy for me like it was her own scenario. She gave me energy, so I am working hard."

She went further into depth about making her solo debut, saying, "Although I walked a long while as a part of Girl's Day, I was as excited and nervous as when I first debuted. It was almost up to the point I had to take calming pills. I was never really the type to be nervous on stage. I was very nervous, though, because there used to be four people, but now I was doing it alone."
Regarding a new Girl's Day album, she hinted to fans that they might need to wait a bit longer, which makes sense considering she herself just debuted. "I cannot say for sure that it will be next month," she said ambivalently. "We are preparing [an album], but the [time period] hasn't been confirmed yet."
