miss A's Suzy and actress Ha Ji Won are going head to head in this edition of 'Who Wore It Better.' In addition to being praised by critics for their talents within their respective fields, Suzy and Ha Ji Won are also known to have endless charms and exceptional fashion senses.  So, let's see who wore it better!

The piece is a little black dress by 'Opening Ceremony.'  The key features of this dress are the off-the-shoulder sleeves and the tight to flared fit.

Suzy perfected the look on the set of 'Running Man' while Ha Ji Won graced the camera during an interview for her movie, 'As One,' on 'Entertainment Weekly' in this piece. 

Both ladies opted for light make-up and accessorized simple with one statement necklace each.  The main difference between the two looks was the shoes—Ha Ji Won opted for simple black pumps, whereas Suzy sported a pair of burnt-orange strap wedges.

I love how youthful Suzy looks in this dress—the cut of the dress is perfect for her innocent and girly charms.  However, Ha Ji Won's shoe choice for this outfit flowed better with the entirety of the look.  Thus, while I love the vibes Suzy gives off in this piece, I prefer Ha Ji Won's overall styling of the outfit better.
