Kangnam spoke with Raimund Royer, an Eastern doctor from Australia, regarding his health issues. After checking Kangnam's pulse, the doctor told the idol, "You have a lot of heat in your liver. Are you impatient?" The doctor continued, "You have a lot of heat in your liver so you have to reduce drinking."

The M.I.B member was left speechless at the doctor's diagnosis in terms of his personality and his health status just from checking his pulse. The idol said, "You can see someone's personality just from the pulse. I am impatient. It's to the point where people around me have a hard time." 

In addition to getting his pulse checked, the doctor also told the idol of his diathesis and suggested acupuncture, making Kangnam stand face to face with his fear of needles.
