Actor Choi Jin Hyuk was originally supposed to serve his mandatory military service as a conscripted policeman after getting into the Seoul Police Public Relations Unit, but it appears there is now a change of plans.

His agency as revealed recently that Choi Jin Hyuk decided to give up his position in the Seoul Police Public Relations Unit on the grounds that he wants to go as an active soldier. According to the Military Service Law, Choi Jin Hyuk was automatically classified as an active duty soldier and will be notified for enlistment by the Military Manpower Association.

Meanwhile, Choi Jin Hyuk is acting in MBC drama, 'Fated To Love You,' and has not revealed the exact date for enlistment yet.
