Through the routine shareholders' meeting, Kim Young Min, Han Se Min, and Nam So Young have been reappointed as board of directors, and through the board of directors' meeting, Kim Young Min has once again been appointed CEO. Although they are not part of the registered board of directors, Kangta and BoA will be given stock option as 'de facto' directors along with other appointed executives.
