In the past, Phantom displayed their more serious, genuine side with "Pretty Enough", and "Hole In Your Face". However, the group has just released a more upbeat and sweet track "Seaweed Soup". This is the first track to be released off of their debut album, 'Phantom City'.
The lovely acoustic guitar harmonizes with the keys of the piano in the track, and the sweet melody which makes the song easy to sing along with are the highlights of the track. The song sings of a man who forgets his lover's birthday, so to make it up to her, he personally cooks her seaweed soup (Miyeok guk, commonly eaten on birthdays in Korea).
The addictive lyrics of the song will be sure to be a big hit with fans of all ages.
