INFINITE successfully completed their performance at the '2012 Summer Sonic' held in Japan on the 18th and 19th.
The boy group was chosen as the Korean representatives for this year, following the footsteps of Big Bang (2010), and Girls' Generation (2011).
Having demonstrated their popularity in Japan with the selling out of all of their solo concerts in Japan held last September and February of this year, in addition to ranking at the top of Oricon as well as Tower Records with their Japanese singles, INFINITE was chosen as the representative of K-POP for this year's 'Summer Sonic' festival as an artist to look out for.
Performing alongside artists such as Green Day, Rihanna, and Jamiroquai, INFINITE demanded the attention of the audience showcasing their flawless synchronized choreography. In addition, the boys also performed their 3rd Japanese single 'She's Back' for the first time ever, gaining much love and applause from their Japanese fans.
As previously mentioned, INFINITE drew much attention for holding a surprise fan meeting event through Google+ before the event, spending quality time with a few lucky fans chosen out of the 20,000+ applicants coming from 72 countries all over the world.
INFINITE plans to officially release the Japanese version of their single 'She's Back' on the 29th, followed with an arena tour in October that will draw in 60,000 audience members.
