A few days back, T-ara had promised to volunteer for a worthy cause with their 'Triple Crown'. The girls continued to make a strong impression as positive role models by coming out to fulfill their promise.
When T-ara initially announced their intention to volunteer after winning a triple consecutive music program win, they received some backlash. Core Contents Media later explained that the girls wanted to wait so they could use the bonus from their 'Triple Crown' win for a worthy cause.
The members received 7 million Won (~$6,214.81 USD) as a bonus, and along with the 3 million Won (~$2,663.71) they collected amongst themselves, the group purchased rice, ramyun, and other items to distribute to people in need.
The girls also worked with the 'People Living Together' organization in Seoul, with whom they helped deliver boxes of ramyun and serve soup.
