As teaser photos of his upcoming drama, "Warrior Baek Dong Soo", were recently released, a lot of people have now come to recognize and acknowledge actor Yoo Seung Ho's growing maturity in both his image and acting abilities over the four years since his debut. Yoo Seung Ho debuted back in 2007 on SBS's "The King And I", where he took on the child role of King Sung Jong for the first eight episodes of the show. Fast forward four years, and the actor is now starring alongside Ji Chang Wook as character Yeo Woon in "Warrior Baek Dong Soo". The teaser photo from "Warrior Baek Dong Soo" depicts Yoo Seung Ho in a much more masculine light, as he sports long, messy hair while showing off his sharp, mature facial features. Yoo Seung Ho expressed, "If I've been called the 'Nation's Younger Brother' up until now, I'd now like to change that into the 'Nation's Actor' through my new acting role." Set during King Jung Jo's reign in the Joseon Dynasty, "Warrior Baek Dong Soo" unfolds a story about a marital arts legend named Warrior Baek Dong Soo who works with his team to fight against a group of assassins that plot the downfall of the King. The fusion sageuk drama broadcasted its first two episodes last week, and showed an increasing viewership rising from 8% to 10%. [gallery] Source: Newsen via Daum
