Consisting of three ladies and one fella, modern rock band Island City has finally released their first official album after debuting four years ago with their song, "I Dream of Your Princess." After their debut in 2006, the band has been steadily climbing up the ladder of success: they've managed to be selected as MTV's 'spotlighted artist of the month'; took first place for four weeks in a row on MBC's music program "Ghost Nation"; earned the recommendations of 13 different major club CEOs; even completely sold out their first solo concert. Additionally, they've participated in KBS 2TV's "God of Study" after the release of their second single, "Chili Sauce", in March of 2008. All of these achievements have been earning Island City the attention of many industry representatives. "Can't Go Back Again" has been selected to be the main track for their self-titled album, which was written and composed by the Island City members themselves. They also received help from the vocalist of one of the Korean indie scene's most popular bands, Delispice. The group will be starting off their official activities through MBC's "Music Trip La La La" on October 20th. In the meantime, check out their clips from previous performances below!
