Last July, V.O.S opted out of their contract with Star Empire to sign with J-Born Entertainment following the surprising news that V.O.S leader Park Jihun had a 4 year old son, and was expecting another child in August. Then three months later, they made a comeback to the music industry with an OST song for MBC's Creating Destiny. Well, it's been revealed that V.O.S members Choi Hyun Joon and Kim Kyung Rok will go back to their old agency, Star Empire! Through a press release, Star Empire stated on February 11, " V.O.S's Choi Hyun Joon and Kim Kyung Rok, whose contracts expired last July, will return to Star Empire, as they recently made an agreement with their agency about a contract termination." You may be wondering, "What about Park Jihun?" and "Will V.O.S disband then?" Well, don't worry! Jihun will still be a V.O.S member, but from J-Born, and will continue on with the group's activities in Japan. V.O.S commented:

We thought a lot about our future plans and activities, and we came to a conclusion that we would continue on our activities together, yet with a different partner who we would each feel the most comfortable with. We went through a lot of discussions, and we respect each other's decisions. V.O.S will be together forever. We will continue to work hard and give back to the fans for all the love you gave us.
