On the Come to Play Girls Special with Kara and Girls' Generation, the girls had a section for 2009 Girl Awards. Basically, surveys from male boy groups were taken and there was an award for each category. For example, there were questions like "Who is most open-minded" or "Which girl have you liked at least once?". Because the male groups were DBSK, SS501, Super Junior, Big Bang, FT Island, Shinee and 2PM, it attracted a lot of interest. The award for the best comic talent was awarded to Soo Young. The boys explained their reasoning for their decision too. Super Junior mentioned, "We think she probably practices her individual skills on her own", while FT Island explained that "We knew that ever since she filmed the sitcom (Unstoppable Marriage)", and DBSK said, "This friend is really fun to be around and has that special something that makes her stand out". Soo Young replied, "I'll work even harder so that I won't fall short of everyone's expectations!" For the award of most charming girl, Han Seung Yeon was picked ahead of Tiffany and Jessica. DBSK explained, "Because of her smiling eyes, we think she'll do well at the give-and-take game". Seung Yeon accepted it, "I'll take it that it means I'm charming". For the open-minded and bad-tempered category, Kara's Gu Hara and Girls' Generation's Jessica were picked from among the nominated candidates. And for the one that the fan girls were really watching out for was the winner of the "which girl have you liked at least once?" award. This one went to Tae Yeon of Girls' Generation and I can see why. She's been showing a lot of her cute side through We Got Married and I'm sure it has a lot to do with the ranking.
