Henry appeared on the March 10 broadcast of Channel A's 'Best Friends Talkumentary - Table for 4' and talked about his career.

In this episode, Henry reunited with actor Kim Soo Ro, broadcaster Sam Hammington, and Sayuri, his former castmates from the military-themed variety show that helped him gain fame during his rookie days. Marking ten years since his discharge from the military show, he held a special "reminder comradeship" gathering.

During the reunion, Henry and his longtime friends reminisced about the challenges they faced, from plunging into freezing water in the middle of winter to struggling with military jargon and culture as a foreigner. Henry humorously confessed that he once tried to escape a grueling filming session by sneaking off to a sauna without telling his manager or the production crew, only to get caught and brought back. He expressed gratitude to Kim Soo Ro and Sam Hammington, saying that their encouragement kept him from giving up and shaped him into the person he is today.

Meanwhile, Sam Hammington, who was also a foreign soldier on the show, admitted that he initially felt a sense of rivalry with Henry, as they both fit the “foreign soldier” character on the program. Kim Soo Ro jokingly chimed in, saying, “Back then, Henry took everything away from Sam Hammington,” sending the set into laughter.

The four then shared updates on their lives after leaving the military variety show. Sam Hammington and Sayuri have entered a new chapter as parents, raising their children, while Kim Soo Ro has been running a theater production company for nine years, actively performing as an actor and working as a producer.

Henry, who has expanded his career beyond variety shows to music, recently traveled to the U.S. to learn audio engineering from Kanye West’s sound engineer. He impressed his friends with high-level violin performance and singing, living up to his reputation as a musical genius.

However, as he entered his mid-30s, Henry confessed his struggles, saying, “I work 364 days a year, but I don’t even know what I’m working so hard for.” Hearing this, Sam Hammington and Sayuri offer heartfelt advice based on their own experiences. Sam emphasizes the importance of work-life balance and encourages Henry to set aside time for himself. Sayuri added, “Life is like a crosswalk. There are times to go and times to stop,” offering comforting words to her friend.
