Actor Lee Sang Yup revealed how he fell in love at first sight with his wife.

On the April 9th episode of 'Dolsing Fourmen', Lee Sang Yup revealed how he first met his now wife, who he married last month. He shared, "One day after filming, I was so lonely that I called my friend to ask if he knew someone he could introduce me to. My friend then showed me the Instagram of my wife. Once I saw her photos, I got the feeling I'd seen her before and asked him to introduce her to me."

After sharing messages back and forth, Lee Sang Yup asked his wife if he could pick her up from work. The actor said, "I wanted to know if she looked as if she did in her pictures. When I drove to where she was, I saw her with her hands in her pockets. In that moment, I felt like everything was in slow motion. She had a high-collar coat on, and she was beautiful. Her eyes were so pretty. She looked exactly like her pictures... I was in a trance, and I didn't even know I didn't unlock the doors for her."

Lee Sang Yup continued, "We went to a restaurant. I was in a daze while looking at her. It was difficult to find the restaurant, and the food wasn't very good. We both took a bite of the food, and we looked at each other. Her eyes seemed to get round when she looked at me, and she was so pretty. I don't know. Maybe it was the music playing at the time, but she was so pretty."

As for how he proposed, the actor said it went by naturally, saying, "I was so lost in our romance I didn't know time was passing. She said she wanted to get married in the spring, and I did too. I called someone to find a venue, but they were full. All of a sudden, I got a call that the couple canceled. At the time, I was driving to see my girlfriend, and I told her we could get married on March 24. She said yes, saying, 'Eung, okay.' That's how I proposed. The next thing I knew, I was wiring the deposit to the venue."
