They diluted the shares without the major shareholder's acknowledgement and want to sell it to Kakao. Now they cry foul about Hybe openly buying over LSM's shares and the outstanding shares? This is so embarrassing. Now it looks like they're desperate. Knowing they'll get themselves kick out very soon.

They want Hybe to pull out completely because they know that if the injunction against kakao is denied that the new shares created for Kakao won’t kick in for a year. So either way HYBE will still be the largest shareholder. They’re desperate because they don’t want the rest of their management wrong doings investigated.
