MAMAMOO's Moon Byul and dancer Aiki revealed what the creative process was like when choreographing Moon Byul's "LUNATIC" on Dingo Global's 'MOVE.REC.'
On February 2, MAMAMOO's Moon Byul and dancer Aiki made an appearance on Dingo Global's YouTube channel for the series 'MOVEREC.' The series 'MOVEREC' provides content with a focus on the performance, perfectly fit for the artists' song, individuality, and concept. In particular, 'MOVEREC.' will begin to feature the artists themselves talking about their choreography, gathering excitement among global music fans.
In the latest 'MOVEREC.' video, Moon Byul and Aiki revealed how they created the choreography for her title track "LUNATIC", from her 3rd mini album '6equence'. Moon Byul stated, " 'LUNATIC' is a witty song that portrays the time a relationship begins to become dull when lovers lean toward one side of a percentage that they shouldn't lean toward."
Regarding the choreography for "LUNATIC", Aiki said, "In the choreography, I tried to express the dramatic feeling of [the relationship] being really good and then turning really bad." Aiki also revealed some behind stories regarding the currently trending "LUNATIC" dance challenge on social media.
Moon Byul then thanked Aiki and stated, "This album includes music that allowed me to be born again, so I grew even more passionate. Many people complimented me and looked forward to it, so I think I can create more confident music from now on."
