Actor Kang Ki Young made everone burst into laughter with his conflicting answers on the November 30 broadcast of 'Village Survival, The Eight'!
On this episode, the eight cast members played a game to determine their teammates by sitting down (yes), or standing up (no), to questions asked by MC Yoo Jae Suk. First, Yoo Jae Suk asked, "The only reason I wait for 'Village Survival' filming is for the prize money of 10 million KRW." To this, actor Kang Ki Young sat down, indicating "yes".
MC Yoo Jae Suk then asked what Kang Ki Young wants to spend his prize money on, and Kang Ki Young shyly said, "For me, it would have to be for my... wedding funds?" Actor Kang Ki Young recently admitted that he has been dating a non-celebrity girlfriend 3 years younger than him, for the past 2 years. "I'm thinking about it positively," the actor relayed regarding his marriage plans.
Then came MC Yoo Jae Suk's next question, "Among the members, someone is very close to my ideal type," and the only cast member who sat down turned out to be Kang Ki Young!
The other cast members burst into laughter as Kang Ki Young, who quickly realized he was the only one trying to sit down, got back up flustered. Jang Do Yeon commented, "I thought he said he was getting married!" and Kang Ki Young explained, "I didn't no that no one else would sit down." The actor then coined his fellow cast member/comedian Jang Do Yeon as his ideal type, because he prefers partners who are fun to be around, like his current girlfriend.
When MC Yoo Jae Suk poked fun at Kang Ki Young for his "freedom", naming a different woman as his ideal type even though his girlfriend is watching, Kang Ki Young smiled toward the camera and said, "Sorry~ I love you~"
