Shocking diet transformations

Every single one of these picture pairs, except the pics of the guy, were poor comparisons. The pictures of the women either did not show any dramatic transformations, they were snapshots taken in moments/angles that made the women look larger or smaller, or they were heavily photoshopped.
I'm not saying that female K-pop idols, even the ones above, don't go through diet transformations. I'm simply pointing out that the selection of pictures above is really poor.
