According to the Korea Brand Reputation Research Institute, BLACKPINK, Seventeen, and Lim Young Woong were the top 3 South Korean singers in terms of brand value rankings for January, 2025.
From December 25, 2024 through January 25, 2025, the Institute analyzed big data of currently promoting singers in areas including consumer participation, media activity, communication, and community activity. Based on the analysis results, the Institute found that BLACKPINK ranked 1st among all South Korean singers in terms of brand value, earning a total of 6,960,114 points. Seventeen earned 5,199,929 points next for 2nd place, while trot singer Lim Young Woong earned 5,041,810 points in 3rd place.
The top 30 South Korean singers in terms of brand value rankings are, in order: BLACKPINK, Seventeen, Lim Young Woong, BTS, IVE, aespa, Big Bang, Lee Chan Won, DAY6, TWS, ITZY, NCT, Sung Si Kyung, LE SSERAFIM, BIBI, Youngtak, (G)I-DLE, Oh My Girl, fromis_9, QWER, Lee Young Ji, Kang Daniel, RIIZE, Taeyeon, TWICE, Jung Dong Won, FIFTY FIFTY, Red Velvet, BABYMONSTER, and Jang Min Ho.
