Rosé’s debut album ‘rosie’ took the world by storm, quickly rising to the top of the global charts and breaking an impressive number of records. The album’s chart debut was immensely successful, as it became the biggest debut album in first-day streams among K-Pop female solo artists in Spotify's history, and even surpassed BLACKPINK’s own record of 170 million streams with ‘Born Pink.’ In addition, the music video for ‘APT’ broke Gangnam Style’s record for the fastest music video to reach 700 million views.
Now, the success of ‘APT’ has reached even greater heights. The song has now charted at the number 10 spot on the Billboard Radio Songs chart in its sixth week, making Rosé the first ever female K-pop artist to reach a top 10 spot on the Radio Songs chart. The Billboard Radio Songs chart measures the total amount of streams a song gets across all radio stations in the United States.
‘rosie’ continues to top the Billboard charts, with multiple tracks from the album currently in the Global 200 chart and Hot 100 chart, and the album itself currently on the Billboard 200 Albums chart. As an artist, Rosé is currently in her eleventh week total on the Billboard Artist 100 chart.
Meanwhile, Rosé will be making a special appearance on the Kelly Clarkson show next week.
