LE SSERAFIM’s Sakura launches crochet merch ‘KKUROCHET’.

LE SSERAFIM’s Sakura, known as the “crochet master,” is set to release her first official solo merchandise, ‘KKUROCHET’, on January 14th at 11 a.m. KST via the global fan platform Weverse Shop.

‘KKUROCHET’ reflects Sakura’s passion for crocheting, offering fans a chance to share in her beloved hobby. With crochet becoming a trendy pastime, the retro, handmade aesthetic of this collection is expected to appeal not only to fans but also to the broader 1030 generation.

In a recently released video on LE SSERAFIM’s YouTube channel, fans got a glimpse into the year-long journey of Sakura’s ‘KKUROCHET’ project. Sakura actively participated in every step, from brainstorming ideas to personally inspecting samples. Items in the collection include keyrings inspired by fans’ wishes, color-coded to represent the members, and straps that can be attached to lightsticks or phones. Sakura even shared her own designs during the process.

A highlight of the collection is a DIY crochet kit, allowing fans to experience the joy of crocheting themselves. Sakura explained, “Through ‘KKUROCHET,’ I hope fans can try new experiences. When fans tell me they’ve tried something new because of me, I feel like their world is expanding. I hope this merchandise inspires more people to develop an interest in crochet as a hobby and, more importantly, to find something they truly enjoy.”

The meaningful project reflects Sakura’s sincere connection to her fans and her desire to inspire creativity and exploration through her work.
