I.O.I was undeniably one of the most popular project groups in K-pop history. Formed through the Mnet reality survival show ‘Produce 101,' the group was composed of 11 talented members. Though the group was active for just one year, from 2016 to 2017, they left a lasting legacy in the K-pop scene. Following the disbandment of the group, the members pursued various paths—some continued their musical careers in other groups, others went solo, and many ventured into the world of acting.
Let’s take a look at the former I.O.I members who have successfully made their mark in the acting industry.

Lim Nayoung stepped into the acting world with a supporting role in the 2021 popular mystery drama “Flower of Evil,” followed by her film debut in “Twenty Hacker.” Since then, she has taken on a variety of roles in dramas like “Unpredictable Family,” “The Witch’s Eye,” “To Me to You,” and “Summer Guys.” Her next project, “Nebula,” is one to look forward to.
