According to media outlet 'Dispatch' on December 27 KST, WINNER member and musician Song Min Ho was spotted attending parties and enjoying various hobbies during his mandatory public duty service. 

In August of 2023, Song Min Ho attended a DJ party at a cafe in Goseong, Gangwon-do. At the time, the musician was carrying out his public service duties at Mapo Facility Management.

At the party, Song Min Ho was seen interacting with several fellow attendees, sporting long hair, shorts, slippers, a ball cap, and sunglasses. According to one individual who saw Song Min Ho at the party, "He drank alcohol and smoked and seemed like he was enjoying himself." The musician seeming displayed no visible symptoms of social anxiety disorder or bipolar disorder. 

Other than attending parties, what hobbies did Song Min Ho pick up during his time away from the spotlight?

According to 'Dispatch', Song Min Ho has joined a 'running crew' to get back into shape before he resumes his entertainment activities. A member of his crew told 'Dispatch', "We run group marathons. He recently ran 20 km. He's lost a lot of weight." 

This statement matches a comment shared by a representative of the Mapo Civilian Convenience Facility, where Song Min Ho was reassigned to in March of this year. The rep revealed, "Song Min Ho is preparing to return to his entertainment activities. He is getting back into shape through running and fitness with a personal trainer."

Meanwhile, Song Min Ho is currently facing an investigation for negligent duty as a public service worker, after he was accused of forging his attendance at the Mapo Civilian Convenience Facility. In response to the accusations, a representative of the Mapo Convenience Facility claimed, "Song Min Ho is on sick leave for anxiety and bipolar disorders. His condition has gotten worse recently. He fears being in public and has been assigned to a spot in the facility where he will not be seen by others." 

However, the supervisor who spoke in Song Min Ho's defense soon became wrapped up in suspicions of aiding the musician's attendance forgery. In the midst of ongoing suspicions, Song Min Ho discharged from his public service duties on December 23 KST. On the same day, the Military Manpower Administration requested an investigation with the Mapo Police to determine if Song Min Ho was negligent during his mandatory duties.
