Han Ga In shared the story of her trip to the emergency room after eating spicy chicken noodles.
On November 13, Han Ga In posted a video titled, "First Reveal! The Supplements Han Ga In Has Taken Consistently for 25 Years (Not Sponsored)" on her YouTube channel Hangainisfree.
In the video, she took the time to introduce some of the supplements she takes daily. During the filming, the production team asked if these supplements were the secret to her beauty, and she replied, "Let's call it the secret to a youthful look."
While introducing the first supplement, Han Ga In explained, "I have a weak stomach. When my digestion is in poor condition, my overall health declines." She added, "Everything is connected to that, so my digestion is the top priority. Good digestion keeps my complexion bright and improves my condition."
Showing the supplement made of sprouted brown rice, she explained, "Taking it before meals helps with weight loss, and taking it afterward boosts energy for those who feel fatigued. It promotes regular digestion, which is beneficial for kids with atopic dermatitis (eczema - a skin condition that causes dry, itchy, and inflamed skin). It has a pleasant, nutty taste. I've recommended it to many people. If you try it for just a month, you'll see a difference in your stool color."
Then the producer asked, "Why is your stomach so sensitive? Didn't you once say you went to the emergency room after eating the Buldak spicy hot chicken noodles?" recalling the time Han Ga In had to visit the ER after filming her first-ever attempt at eating spicy noodles.
Han Ga In recalled, "I was rushed to the hospital, but even after a check-up, everything came back normal. I thought I was going to die that day. The next morning, I couldn't even sit up because the pain was so intense." She added, "Digestion is everything. It's something I work on daily."
