Rapper San E has issued an official apology after being booked for aggravated assault.
On August 19 KST, San E relayed through a representative of Law Firm Gwangya, "I would like to bow my head in apology to the victim who was assaulted. Although I could only relay my apology in writing for the time being due to various circumstances, I wish to face the victim in person and ask for forgiveness. I also apologize to all those who were disappointed in my actions. I deserve to be reprimanded."
According to San E's legal representative, the rapper intends on cooperating with the police investigation diligently. He also intends on apologizing and settling matters with the victim as soon as possible.
Earlier, it was reported that San E had used items such as his cell phone to assault a passerby near the entrance of a park in Mapo-gu, Seoul. Although the assault was mutual, the victim did not use any items as weapons during the altercation.
