Min Hee-jin has stepped down from her position as CEO of ADOR.
According to ADOR, "Min Hee-jin will no longer serve as CEO but will remain as an internal director of the company. She will continue her role in producing NewJeans."
ADOR also announced a structural change within the company, stating, "The production and management departments will now be separated. While the multi-label management system has been consistently applied across all labels, ADOR had previously been an exception, with the CEO overseeing both production and management."

On the 27th, ADOR held a board meeting and appointed Ju Young Kim, an internal director at ADOR, as the new CEO. Ju Young Kim is an HR expert with extensive experience across various industries and will focus on stabilizing and restructuring the organization.
