BLACKPINK hosted a special "PINK CARPET" event on August 9 at Times Square in Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul, to celebrate the premiere of their concert film 'BLACKPINK World Tour ‘BORN PINK’ In Cinemas.'

This marked the first public appearance of all four members — Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa — in 11 months since the finale of their 'BORN PINK' world tour last September.

The event coincided with the group’s eighth anniversary, adding another layer to the festivities. Times Square was decked out in bright pink rather than the traditional red carpet, perfectly aligning with BLACKPINK's signature colors.

The members appeared visibly moved by the overwhelming turnout of fans. BLACKPINK took time to interact with BLINKs, signing autographs and taking selfies, creating a warm atmosphere.

The event concluded the members receiving a pink cake in honor of their anniversary and a group photo session, making it a memorable evening for both the group and their fans.

The concert film, which captures the electrifying performances from the final shows of their 'BORN PINK' world tour at Gocheok Sky Dome in Seoul, is set to be released on Wednesday, exclusively at CGV theaters. The film will be available in 110 countries, including South Korea, the United States, and the United Kingdom, giving global fans a chance to relive the magic of BLACKPINK's world tour.
