Park Gyu-ri has shared her feelings ahead of her upcoming surgery.
On the 15th, Park Gyu-ri posted on her social media, "I'm having surgery tomorrow. I want to lean on my loved ones, so please pray for me," along with a photo. The image showed her feet lying on a hospital bed, evoking sympathy from her fans.
Previously, on the 13th, Park Gyu-ri's agency, Big Boss Entertainment, announced, "Recently, Park Gyu-ri suffered fractures to her cheekbone and eye socket during personal activities. After visiting the hospital, she underwent a detailed examination."
The agency further stated, "Considering the location of the injuries, surgery is necessary. According to the medical professionals, it will take about 4-5 weeks for her to recover post-surgery. After careful discussion, both the actress and the company have decided to avoid strenuous activities during the recovery period and focus on her healing."
Due to Park Gyu-ri's injury, KARA's full group activities for the new single "I Do I Do," scheduled for the 24th, have been canceled.
Meanwhile, KARA is set to hold their solo concert "2024 KARASIA" in Tokyo and Osaka this August.
