On May 17, YouTuber Lee Jin Ho brought to light private conversations allegedly held between the ADOR CEO and the co-CEO concerning NewJeans, in which derogatory language was purportedly used to describe the girl group.
This latest revelation sparked various discussions in various online communities where Korean netizens shared their thoughts and criticisms toward Min Hee Jin. Many were shocked by the language allegedly used by Min Hee Jin, but many also defended Min Hee Jin criticizing that HYBE should've prevented these messages from going public.
After the report emerged, a netizen made an intriguing observation: YouTube reporter Lee Jin Ho is apparently friends with the vice president of Big Hit Music. This discovery raised questions about whether Lee Jin Ho deliberately portrayed Min Hee Jin negatively in his reporting.
