According to his agency, Galaxy Corporation, G-Dragon will attend the 'Innovate Korea 2024' event scheduled to be held on June 5 at the Ryu Geun-chul Sports Complex at KAIST's main campus in Yuseong-gu, Daejeon.
The event is hosted by the Herald Media Group, KAIST, the National Research Council of Science & Technology (NST), among others. On this day, he is set to participate in a talk show with KAIST President Lee Kwang-hyung and Galaxy Corporation CEO Choi Yong-ho.
His appearance follows a cooperation agreement between KAIST and the AI metaverse company Galaxy Corporation. To strengthen their collaboration and secure various scientific technologies for the global K-Pop business, the two institutions signed an MOU on May 27.
Alongside the MOU signing ceremony, Choi Yong-ho, CEO of Galaxy Corporation, gave a leadership lecture titled 'Super IP-based AI Metaverse Company, Galaxy Corporation' at 'Monthly Seo Yeon.'
In the future, the two institutions plan to establish the 'Galaxy Corporation-KAIST Future Technology Research Center' to promote cooperation in research and development as well as commercialization of future technologies, including AI.
