AOA's Dohwa, formerly known as Chanmi, has parted ways with her label FNC Entertainment after 15 years.
On May 21, Dohwa took to Instagram to update fans on the end of her exclusive contract with FNC. She wrote, "I'm leaving FNC, where I've been for 15 years, and I'm taking on a new challenge! I thank FNC for walking down this path with me in faith for a long time! I joined at the age of 15, became an adult, and as I approach 30, there are so many things I'm thankful for."
Dohwa continued, "I will cherish and remember the love you gave me, and I'll continue my future activities happily with a good mind. I'm happy to have met ELVIS (AOA's fan club). Let's continue our journey into the future as well."
Dohwa changed her name from Chanmi after starring in the web variety show 'GIRL'S RE:VERSE'. She's also starred in the films 'A Different Girl' and 'Refresh' as well as the KBS drama 'Brain Works'.
