Attention is being focused on ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin following the latest news of the label's feud with HYBE.
On April 22, Korean netizens revisited the Blind posts about Min Hee Jin after it was reported that she was allegedly attempting to take over management control and appoint additional HYBE directors. However, Min Hee Jin argued that the feud between HYBE rose from plagiarism of the Belift Lab's new girl group.
Following the latest feud that unsurfaced, Korean netizens are revisiting questionable comments about Min Hee Jin on Blind. Blind is an online community designed for professionals to anonymously engage in open discussions about their careers, workplaces, and companies. Each user on Blind is verified through their work email and credentials.
One Blind user wrote, "Min Hee Jin seems to be someone who is just focused on her work and has a very good personality, judging by the fact that nothing about her private life is known. She's cool."
However, other HYBE employees responded to the post with negative comments about Min Hee Jin. They wrote, "She's the ultimate villain in the company... She's a real crazy bit*h. The ADOR staff member or the domain team would be clicking their tongues," and the poster responded, "Oh really? I thought she would be okay since she has no rumors or anything even though she's famous."
Other HYBE employees responded, "Haha... I thought that way before I entered the company," and "I don't know about ADOR employees but the Domain staff always click their tongues..."
Another person wrote, "Is Min Hee Jin a real talent? A real genius?" and explained, "I'm just curious because she's a visual director, who not only had a specific style for music and music videos but also created the 'NewJeans' concept. Usually, big producers are all from a music background, so it's impressive that a visual director oversees production. However, among the high-profile figures in companies, there are often stories that are completely different from what's portrayed in the media or exaggerated. I'm really curious if she's the real deal."
Under this post, other HYBE employees commented, "lol," multiple times as if to mock the post. And another SM Entertainment employee commented, "She's doing the same thing she did at SM."
In another post, a Blind user praised Min Hee Jin for her talent and wrote, "Min Hee Jin CEO is so awesome. I came to know her through NewJeans but the more I get to know her I think she's so awesome. Is there anyone who worked with her? How is she when you work with her? Is she a perfectionist?"
Other Blind users from HYBE commented once again, ";;" which is a sweat sign and "lol" in the comments. Blind users working for SBS and SM Entertainment also commented, "You can tell by the Blind reaction right after that broadcast," "Even if I die, I won't work with that person again,"and "You can't believe in the image shown on broadcast."
Another post asked, "How is HYBE? How is HYBE director Min Hee Jin?" and one HYBE employee, "She's such a headache."
Korean netizens in a popular online community responded to the post and commented,
"But that's not just because it's Min Hee Jin, right? In any field, isn't it mostly like that? If there's someone with a good reputation among the top-tier in the industry, then that person is amazing, right?"
"Such a representative who not only has a good reputation among the employees but also does their job well is rare. It might seem ordinary, but anyone who has experienced social life would know."
"I think they have these opinions because she's a good worker."
"It's funny how they bad mouth her while still working for HYBE."
"I think only the people who can work like her can make it to the top in the industry."
"I guess the opinion/reputation about her in the company is bad."

At the end of the day, this is ultimately about money. It's a power struggle between two CEOs, but one of those CEOs already owns 80% of the company and provided the resources for the other one to bring their idea to life.
People will naturally take sides, but they shouldn't. No CEO at that level is a perfect angel, and everyone involved has their own agenda.
