With the numerous ongoing legal cases and controversies now associated with the group, NewJeans' musical career seems to be on hold indefinitely. 

As the latest development in NewJeans' legal battle with ADOR, the group recently made a post expressing their hopes for a return to fans. The new post has made NewJeans a hot topic once again. Netizens are currently debating over the uncertain future of the group, and whether or not it is still possible for NewJeans to return to their former status as a top girl group.
